11.52.020: EXCEPTIONS:

   A.   Section 11.52.010 of this chapter does not apply to the following:

      1.   Employees of White Pine County in the course of the duties of such employment;

      2.   Authorized emergency vehicles;

      3.   Any person who has obtained written permission for operation of a motor vehicle signed by the sheriff of White Pine County or his deputy. Such permission shall state the date of such permitted operation. (Ord. 180 §1, 1984)
