11.48.070: REMOVAL OF MOTOR VEHICLE:
   A.   If the violation described in the notice represents a substantial risk to the public, has not been remedied within the noticed period of compliance, or the violation is affirmed in a hearing pursuant to section 11.48.060 of this chapter, the White Pine County Sheriff or a designee shall have the right to take possession of the abandoned or junk vehicle.
      1.   It is unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder, or refuse to allow such person or persons to enter upon private property for the purpose of removing a vehicle under the provisions of this chapter.
   B.   Subject to the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes chapters 484B and 487, the Sheriff or designee with the right of possession to a vehicle pursuant to this section is authorized to immediately remove the vehicle, or have the vehicle removed, from any public or private property, for the purpose of storage or disposition, whether to the Sheriff's impound or to a designated garage, yard, or storage within the County.
