11.04.390: ROADWAY:
"Roadway" means that portion of a highway improved, designed or ordinarily used for vehicular travel, exclusive of the berm or shoulder, and if a highway includes two (2) or more separate roadways, then "roadway" means any such roadway separately but not all such roadways collectively. (Ord. 43 §1(mm), 1966)
