10.62.210: CRIMINAL PENALTY:

Any person who fails to comply with or violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable up to six (6) months in the County Jail and/or a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine for each violation. (Ord. 498, 2019)
