The White Pine County Commission may by majority vote, at any regular or special meeting lawfully convened, deny granting a license or suspend, revoke, withdraw or discontinue any license granted under the provisions of this chapter whenever the Commission has reason to believe that the marijuana establishment proposed by the applicant, his or her servants or employees, or conducted thereunder by the licensee, his or her servants or employees, violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter; violates or fails to comply with the laws, codes, or regulations of the State or of this Code or; is, or may be a nuisance or detrimental to the public health or to the peace and morals of White Pine County.
