10.62.180: TRANSFERABILITY/ASSIGNABILITY:
No license shall be assignable or transferable, nor authorize any person or entity other than those named therein to operate a marijuana establishment, nor shall such license authorize the operation of a marijuana establishment at any other address or location than those named therein. (Ord. 498, 2019)
