Failure to pay the required license fee on its due date shall constitute a violation of this chapter, and in addition to criminal liability provided herein, shall be grounds for the assessment of a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) late fee. Failure to pay the required license fee and any assessed late fee within sixty (60) days of the due date of the license fee shall result in automatic revocation of the license. (Ord. 498, 2019)
