A. Fictitious Firm Name Form And Fee: Any marijuana establishment operating or intending to operate under a fictitious name shall complete and submit to the White Pine County Clerk a Certificate of Business: Fictitious Firm Name form. A filing fee as identified by the Nevada Revised Statutes shall be paid to the White Pine County Treasurer at the time of filing or upon a change of the fictitious name of the business.
B. Expiration Of Certificate: A certificate filed with the White Pine County Clerk pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 602.010 expires five (5) years after the date of filing.
C. Expiration Of Renewal Certificate: A renewal certificate filed with the White Pine County Clerk pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 602.035 expires five (5) years after the date of filing.
D. Certification Of Identification: If the applicant or applicants will be engaged in business under a fictitious name, an affidavit that the applicant or applicants have complied with the provisions of NRS 602.020 the fictitious business name certificate may be filed without being notarized if the certificate is signed by an authorized person displaying official governmental identification at the county clerk's office in the presence of the county clerk or deputy county clerk.
