An application fee in the amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) for each marijuana establishment to be operated within White Pine County, but outside the incorporated Ely City limits, shall be paid at the time of application. All application fees shall be paid to the White Pine County Treasurer. (Ord. 498, 2019)
