10.62.080: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to operate a marijuana establishment within White Pine County, but outside the incorporated Ely City limits, without first applying for and obtaining a license as hereinafter set forth. (Ord. 498, 2019)
