10.58.020: AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE:

It is not an offense under section 10.58.010 of this chapter if the person was acting at the direction of an authorized agent of White Pine County to enforce or ensure compliance with this law prohibiting the sale of the aforementioned intoxicating chemical compounds. (Ord. 441, 2010)
