10.24.010: PROHIBITION:
Any person who appropriates, excavates, injures or destroys any grave, building, structure or other object of antiquity, which is registered in the White Pine County register of historic and archeological places, without the previous written permission of the landowner or administering agency, shall, upon conviction, be fined in the sum of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned for a period of not more than ninety (90) days, or shall suffer both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
