Any minor who violates any of the provisions of this chapter may be punished by a commitment to the Nevada Youth Training Center, in Elko or Caliente, Nevada, by order of the 7th judicial district court, juvenile department; and if any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care, custody and control of such minor who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished according to the provisions set forth in title 1, chapter 1.01 of this code.
