8.04.240: LAW ENFORCEMENT:
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to agricultural uses, hunting, or law enforcement agencies utilizing dogs for law enforcement purposes except for the provisions regarding mistreatment. (Ord. 521, 2021: Ord. 321 (part), 1997)
