A. Any person found in violation of this chapter shall be punished as follows:
1. For the first violation, by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00);
2. For a second or any subsequent violation, by imprisonment in the White Pine County Jail for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 377 §1, 2002)
