A. The following persons and groups are exempt from the provisions of this chapter unless otherwise provided for under this chapter:
1. Individuals;
2. Families and other small groups, under twenty five (25) in number;
3. Any youth sports league utilizing a county park for a team practice or games, except that such group shall be subject to pay usage fees consistent with those imposed for the use of the Marich Field sports complex;
4. The White Pine County schools engaging in any school related athletic, academic or extracurricular function (not including Marich Field);
5. The Steptoe Valley Soccer Club;
6. The Great Basin Service Club;
7. Divisions and departments of White Pine County. (Ord. 377 §1, 2002)
