7.20.040: ADOPTION AND IMPOSITION OF GROUP USAGE REGULATIONS:
   A.   The following public park group usage regulations are hereby adopted and imposed:
      1.   County Park:
         a.   Group users are responsible for removing all trash, food and other items brought into the public park for the group's purpose.
         b.   For groups of over one hundred (100) people, the public park usage group must provide a dumpster for refuge and an appropriate number of portable restroom facilities.
         c.   For groups desiring the usage of the entire public park, the public park usage group must provide a dumpster for refuge and an appropriate number of portable restroom facilities.
         d.   For groups of over one hundred (100) people, the public park usage group must pay a cleaning deposit to the White Pine County treasurer. Said cleaning deposit to be refunded pursuant to certification of compliance by the White Pine County parks department following an inspection.
         e.   The group representative obtaining the use permit shall remain responsible for full compliance with all provisions of this chapter.
      2.   Steptoe Park, Little League Park And Marich Field:
         a.   All regulations applicable to the group usage of the County Park, supra, shall apply to the group usage of Steptoe Park, Little League Park and Marich Field, except that group users shall not be responsible to provided portable restrooms. (Ord. 377 §1, 2002)
