"Public parks" are defined as those parcels of real property owned, maintained, operated or otherwise controlled by White Pine County and designated for public recreational use. Public parks include, but are not limited to, those areas within White Pine County known as Steptoe Park, Little League Park, Marich Field and County Park, and may include other parcels of real property, now or in the future, owned or controlled by White Pine County that the board of county commissioners may designate as public parks.
