7.20.020: PURPOSE:

It shall be the purpose of this chapter to establish, for the public good, a procedure for the application for use, the adoption of usage fees, and establishment and enforcement of rules and regulations regarding the use of public parks owned, operated or controlled by White Pine County. (Ord. 377 §1, 2002)
