6.40.010: DESIGNATION OF A FAMILY CEMETERY:

Any natural person or persons may designate as a family cemetery an area of land owned by any of those persons, within White Pine County, Nevada, but outside incorporated Ely City limits, for the interment of the human dead in that area without charge of any member of the family or any other person. (Ord. 494, 2018)
