6.03.070: COLLECTION BY COUNTY:
The County Commissioners, by resolution, may carry out the provisions of this chapter, and may thereunto charge, bill and collect fees for depositing garbage, trash and waste matter upon the City landfill as required by this chapter. All such fees so charged, billed and collected shall be paid over annually, at the end of each and every calendar year, to the City of Ely by the County Treasurer in payment for the use and operation of the City landfill, except that the County may retain any amount thereof, which represents administrative expenses incurred by the County in connection with such imposition and collection of fees.
