6.02.240: FRANCHISEE; PAYMENTS TO COUNTY:
The franchisee, its successors and assigns shall pay to the county, from the date the franchise is effective, the sum of money set forth in the written agreement between White Pine County and the franchisee. (Ord. 11/6/74 §9, 1974)
