6.02.220: COLLECTION CHARGES; NONSPECIFIED SERVICES:
In the event that services are requested for a rate which has not been covered by this code, the board of county commissioners may set the rate for such service after a survey has been made of the service requested. Once such rates have been established, they may be changed only after a public hearing before and approved by the board of county commissioners. (Ord. 11/6/74 §7(5), 1974)
