Every person for whom garbage is collected under the provisions of this franchise shall be charged for the collection of garbage in receptacles not exceeding thirty eight (38) gallons in capacity, the following monthly sums of money:

For each additional receptacle over ten (10), there shall be added each month to the above fee schedule: ninety cents ($0.90) for one collection per week; two dollars ninety cents ($2.90) for two (2) collections per week; four dollars fifty cents ($4.50) for three (3) collections per week; eight dollars fifty cents ($8.50) for six (6) collections per week.
