Every person from whom garbage is collected shall be charged the sum of four dollars fifty cents ($4.50) per month for three (3) receptacles not exceeding thirty eight (38) gallons in capacity per receptacle. There shall be an additional charge of fifty cents ($0.50) per month for each additional receptacle of the capacity of thirty eight (38) gallons or fraction thereof. For additional collections of garbage during the week on a regular basis, the fees shall be those set forth in the schedule for "business establishments" in section 6.02.190 of this chapter. Those persons from whom one can of garbage is collected per month shall be charged the sum of one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per month. (Ord. 11/6/74 §7(1), 1974)
