6.02.130: FRANCHISEE; BOND OR TIME CERTIFICATE:
The franchisee shall be required to provide a performance bond or time certificate in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) to assure faithful performance of the requirements of the franchise, said bond or time certificate to be subject to the approval of the district attorney of White Pine County, Nevada. (Ord. 11/6/74 §6(5), 1974)
