The rates for dumping trash and waste matter by nonsubscribers and commercial at any and all city dump sites made available by the franchisee shall be as follows:
Automobiles | $7.50 each |
Hazardous material | $5.00 per cubic yard |
$5.00 minimum charge | |
Large bulky items (stoves, refrigerators, mattresses, etc.) | $1.00 per item |
Liquid waste (septic tank dumping, vault toilet pick up) | $0.01 per gallon |
$5.00 minimum charge | |
Private vehicles and private pickups | $1.00 per load |
Tires | $0.10 each |
Tree stumps, limbs, etc., cut to 5 foot length | $0.50 per cubic yard |
These rates shall be posted at each and every dump site. There shall be no change in such rates unless first approved by ordinance and then posted at each and every dump site. (Ord. 11/6/74 §6(2)(b), 1974)
