6.02.040: FRANCHISE; TERM:

Effective November 20, 1974, the franchise shall be granted for a period of five (5) years, with an option for renewal of an additional five (5) years, as an exclusive franchised service, to that person or persons offering the best and most advantageous terms to White Pine County. (Ord. 11/6/74 §4, 1974)
