6.02.030: FRANCHISE; APPLICATION:

Any person desiring to apply for said franchise shall submit a proposal, in writing, to the county clerk, attach a financial statement to the proposal to demonstrate the financial stability of the bidder, and satisfy all other requirements set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 11/6/74 §3, 1974)
