A. Venue: A property owner may file a civil action ripe for adjudication under this chapter seeking just compensation for government taking of that owner's property situated in White Pine County, Nevada:
1. In Nevada's 7th judicial district court, if the action is against the state of Nevada or a local agency, or
2. In the United States court of federal claims if the action is against a federal agency.
B. Standing: Any party seeking redress of an action ripe for adjudication under the provisions of this chapter shall have standing to file an action. (Ord. 339 §5, 1999)
