14.30.040: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment in the White Pine County jail for a term not to exceed six (6) months, or by both fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 579 § 1, 2022)
