1101.01  DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this article:
   (a)   ABANDONED VEHICLE - means all abandoned vehicles as defined by the Vehicle Code, Title 75 Pa.C.S. of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which definition is incorporated herein by reference. 
   (b)   MOTOR VEHICLE - means all vehicles defined as motor vehicles in the Vehicle Code, Title 75 Pa. C.S. of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which definitions are incorporated by reference.
   (c)   WRECKED or JUNKED MOTOR VEHICLE -  means any motor vehicle which is a hazard that constitutes a public nuisance and which has not been used for sixty (60) days and is in such a state of disrepair as to be inoperable or incapable of movement under its own power if self-propelled, or on its own wheels if a towed vehicle; or with any tire or wheel missing or in a wrecked or dismantled condition; or with any window broken; or without current registration plates and validating sticker; or without the current inspection stickers; or visibly rusted, dilapidated, damaged, or otherwise deteriorated in appearance to the extent that it is valueless except for junk.
