905.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article, shall be subject to a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00), and in default of the payment of the fine imposed and costs, may be sentenced and imprisoned for a period not exceeding thirty days.
