Words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as now enacted, or as hereinafter amended, enacted or re-enacted, except in those instances where the context clearly indicates a different meaning; the singular shall include the plural; and the masculine shall include the feminine.
