147.01 COOPERATION WITH OTHER MUNICIPALITIES; DELEGATION OF FUNCTIONS, POWERS OR RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Borough of White Oak hereby authorizes cooperation with other municipalities in the Mon-Valley Region and delegation of certain functions, powers or responsibilities of the Borough of White Oak to the Steel Valley Council of Governments on the terms and conditions stated below.
