On receipt of a notification pursuant to Section 1779.02, the Building Official shall review the matter and determine whether authorization of the Board of Zoning and Appeals is required in the case of any proposed construction, reconstruction or repair. In such event, the owner shall make application to the Board of Zoning and Appeals within Ninety (90) days of the occurrence and shall secure a demolition permit, if required, at the time of said application. Demolition shall be commenced on issuance of the demolition permit and the site shall be cleared of all debris within thirty (30) days.
