Any individual, person, officer or agent of any firm, partnership, corporation or other entity who violates or causes to be violated any of the provisions of this article, shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00). Each day that a violation continues after service of notice of a violation shall be deemed a separate expense.
