   The following activities require permits:
   (a)   Decks.
   (b)   Porches.
   (c)   Room additions.
   (d)   Interior remodeling. (Only if there are structural changes or changes in use).
   (e)   Swimming pools.  (Above and below ground).
   (f)   Carports.
   (g)   Driveways.
   (h)   New construction.
   (i)   Demolition.
   (j)   Relocation.
