The White Oak Borough Code Enforcement Officer is hereby authorized to enforce this Ordinance by the issue of citations. Violations of this Ordinance shall result in the following fines:
(a) First offense: | Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) |
(b) Second offense: | Fifty dollars ($50.00) |
(c) Third offense: | One hundred dollars ($100.00) |
(d) Fourth and additional offenses: | Six hundred dollars ($600.00). |
