1541.12 ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS.

The Borough of White Oak may by resolution adopt procedures and regulations to implement this article, and may, by resolution, fix reasonable fees to be charged for administrative costs of certificates and bills, performance of inspections, establishment of separate fund account, and other administrative expenses.
