737.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, in a district court, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment up to ninety (90) days and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each violation, plus the costs of prosecution and reasonable attorney’s fees.
