All persons violating the provisions of this article, except Section 505.13, shall, upon conviction be subject to an imprisonment of not more than five days, or a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00) or both for each offense and each separate occurrence of the same offense shall be considered a new offense and punishable as such.
