381.06 SEVERABILITY.

If any section or provision of this article or subsequent amendments is declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of this article as a whole or the validity of any other section or provision of the article other than the one so declared to be invalid.
