353.11 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Borough Council shall, from time to time, prepare and approve certain rules and regulations in regard to the tax imposed hereunder. Said rules and regulations shall be enacted by either Ordinance or Resolution, and shall become a part of this article and read in conjunction therewith.
