313.08 SUPERVISION; RECORD OF LICENSES.

The Borough Manager shall keep a record of all licenses issued under this article and shall supervise the activities of all holders of such license. Upon the expiration of the permit issued, it shall be returned to the Borough Manager within five (5) days.
