309.04 NUMBER OF DEVICES.

The number of amusement devices permitted in any business establishment shall be limited to one unless the net floor area of the premises equals or exceeds 800 square feet, in which case a maximum of one amusement device will be permitted for each 400 square feet of net floor space. In no event shall the number of amusement devices exceed five per establishment.
