The Borough Manager shall be appointed by a majority of all members of Council. The Manager's appointment shall be for an indefinite term. Further, the amount of compensation to be paid to the Manager shall be determined and established by a majority of all members of Council. Council shall enter into a written employment agreement with the Borough Manager which shall set forth the terms and conditions of employment, none of which shall be inconsistent with any provision of this article.
