(A) The revenue paid into the fund shall be restricted to funds received from donations.
(B) Expenditures from the Donation Fund are restricted to the purpose of the donation, and shall be payable subject to an authorized appropriation by the Town Council.
(C) The Donation Fund shall be non-reverting at each respective year end and the Donation Fund shall continue in existence until terminated by a subsequent ordinance.
(D) Any remaining balance of the Donation Fund shall be disposed of by payment into the town’s designated fund.
