(A) Membership of the Plan Commission shall be as provided in IC 36-7-4-207.
(B) Of the three persons of the seven-member Board who are appointed by a legislative body, no more than one member of the Town Council shall be appointed to serve on the Plan Commission.
(C) Nothing herein shall be construed as requiring any present member of the Town Council who is also a member of the Plan Commission from resigning as such; but in the event of resignation of such dual member or expiration of his term, the replacement appointment shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
