§ 156.082 INTENSITY OF USE.
   (A)   Single-family dwellings:
      (1)   Minimum lot area: 7,500 square feet.
      (2)   Minimum lot width at building line: 70 feet.
   (B)   Two-family dwelling:
      (1)   Minimum lot area: 7,500 square feet
